Super Protein Smoothy: Strawberry Banana

My nutritionist wanted to boost my protein intake to help me stop binging on carbohydrates. But I think this is a little over-kill.


1 cup fat free milk
3 scoops strawberry flavored whey protein powder (yes, 3....thats like 54 grams of protein right there)
1 banana
1 handful of sliced almonds














Combine in blender.

Blend.

Drink.

Flavor?

Delicious. 

Not fun to eat though. Too much nutrition packed in one drink. Vaguely reminded me of ensure plus. Yuck. Bad memory.
